Every community already has a cultural pulse. My job is to help you build around it.
Culture Catalyst exists because of a conviction: cultural vibrancy isn't imported - it's already alive in the people, stories, and spaces that define a place.
"Businesses come and go. The shared culture of a place becomes its true heartbeat. When communities own their culture, they thrive."
Christopher Brazelton
Christopher is an arts leader and nonprofit executive with over 15 years building sustainable, community-centered arts ecosystems. As Executive Director of Woodstock Arts in Woodstock, Georgia, he was inside the organization as it grew from a $200,000 family theater to a $2 million multidisciplinary cultural anchor with four departments and a campus that includes a theater, a visual arts center, concert and festival series, and education programs that reach thousands.
What makes his work different is where he's sat: inside a nonprofit as its executive, alongside a municipality helping craft the City of Woodstock's Public Art Master Plan, with a downtown development authority as a partner in placemaking, and on tourism boards where culture meets the visitor economy. Almost no arts consultant has lived on every side of that table.
That fluency became the Three Tables Framework - and it's why cities trust him with public dollars and why arts leaders trust him with their organizations.
Every seat. One model.
Most consultants have seen one side of the table. The Three Tables Framework exists because Christopher has worked from all of them.
